If you’re paying by cheque or demand draft, please note: your order will only be processed once the payment has cleared in our account. For all other payment modes, we’ll confirm the payment from our side before beginning your order processing.

Shipping Policy
We deliver across Bangalore and selected areas across India (for select products). You can check availability for your location using the Pin Code Checker on our website.
Shipping Within Bangalore
Delivery Time: 2 days to 1 week, depending on your location and product availability.
Pickup Option: You can choose to pick up from our Bangalore store.
Delivery to Construction Sites: If you want us to deliver directly to your project site, please inform us early so we can arrange unloading. (A small additional cost may apply.)
Delivery Rescheduling: You can reschedule delivery once, up to 7 days, if you inform us before we dispatch your shipment.
Shipping Outside Bangalore
Delivery Time: 1 to 2 weeks, depending on distance, product type, and transportation arrangements.
Special Instructions:
We take extra care with packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Unloading arrangements may require advance planning.
We strongly recommend contacting us directly through WhatsApp, Call, or Email to finalize shipping options for orders outside Bangalore.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
